We've had an amazing time preparing for our little one!
We had so much fun telling our family about him:
They are going to kill me for posting this! Little did they know that I was secretly capturing them while we video chatted and told them about our referral:

That was over two years ago. We have saved him all this time, waiting to be delivered to our little one. He slept with us several nights, and has plenty "scent" on him now!
It brings my heart joy and nervous excitement to think that This IS It! Mr. Elephant has left our care and is now in the care of our little one!! (Melting heart)
God has blessed us so much! We got our list of required paperwork last Saturday. We set ourselves a goal of one week. And today, just short of one week, I mailed off a majority of the paperwork! WooHoo! That's crazy fast! (In comparison, when we were brand new and starting this process, the first time we gathered the paperwork took Four Months).
We still have a few more things to accomplish and collect, but we are on our way to bringing little Baby Boy home!
