Preparing for the Little One

      We are getting closer to getting a court date in Uganda.  After getting copies of our home study to our agency, they are hopefully able to mail off our dossier to Uganda today!  We're hoping that we will hear about a court date by next week.

Now it is out of our hands... so what are we doing with our hands now?  Painting!

We painted Baby Boy's room,

from a dark blue....

To a "creamy cilantro" green.

We also started working on putting together the crib.

It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

Crib is about ready and up!

(You'll get to see more when we finish it)

The dresser we have to assemble is going to be another story!  (it has a lot of parts!)

PRAYER

*Please continue to pray for our tiny peanut!
-For his health and his growth
-For his protection
-For him to be loved and cared for
-For him to have hope as he waits for his mom and dad
-For his heart to be open to us when we meet him

*Please pray for us!
-Please pray that we get a court date soon
-Pray for all the travel arrangements that need to happen before we leave
-Pray for all the medical arrangements we need to make (figuring out how to get him on our medical plan and enrolled in the defense system, when we get home)
-Pray for our hearts to be ready and prepared to love him unconditionally
